As I continued to refine the Teardrop profile, I hit a new challenge: how to keep the massive tone of a thick pick while making it feel "weightless" and impossible to drop? 

 The Solution: Precision Perforation. 

Instead of just relying on surface textures, I decided to go deeper—literally. By drilling strategically placed holes through the body of the pick, I achieved two major breakthroughs: 

    1. Mass Optimization: In  the 6mm-8mm range, every milligram counts. These holes act like the  "skeletonizing" techniques used in aerospace engineering. 

I remove the internal weight without sacrificing the structural integrity or the  power of the tip. The result is a pick that feels nimble and fast, but hits like a heavyweight. 

    2. The "Active" Grip: Forget sandblasting or simple engraving. When your skin slightly "sinks" into these precision-drilled holes, it creates a mechanical lock between your fingers and the material. It’s an ultra-high-friction grip that works  even if your hands are sweating under stage lights. 

It’s not just a pick anymore—it’s a performance tool designed to stay in your hand, no matter how fast the solo gets.
