"I don't just make guitar picks. I engineer points of contact.
As a luthier at Kazuja Guitars, I know that the final link between a musician and their instrument is the most critical. That's why every Luka Plectrums is 100% handmade - from raw aerospace polymers like Vespel, Torlon and PEEK to my innovative Trinity Series.
No CNC machines. No mass production. Just manual craftsmanship, wet-sanding, and a passion for tonal clarity. Experience the world's most advanced materials, shaped by the hands of a guitar builder"
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Why choose a Luka Plectrum instead of a mass-produced pick?
Every Luka Plectrum is 100% hand-shaped at the Kazuja luthier workshop. I use no CNC machines. Each edge is manually wet-sanded and polished to a glass-like finish, ensuring a level of precision and "glide" on the strings that mass-production simply cannot replicate.
2. What makes the Vespel series so special?
Vespel SP-1 is one of the most expensive and durable polymers in existence, originally designed for aerospace and nuclear applications. It offers extreme wear resistance and a unique "bright yet full" tone. My Golden Button edition adds a custom ergonomic inlay for superior grip and comfort.
3. How does the Multi-Layer (Trinity & Dual Tone Series) technology work?
My Dual and Trinity picks are created by bonding different materials (e.g., PEEK, Ultem, Polycarbonate) to combine their tonal properties. This "sandwich" construction allows us to tune the pick's stiffness and attack in ways a single material cannot.
4. Is the logo in the Multi-Layer series durable?
Yes! I use the Eternal Seal method. In my transparent hybrid picks, the logo is placed underneath the outer layer. It is physically impossible to wear it down through playing—it stays pristine for the life of the pick.
5. Are these picks durable?
Absolutely. Materials like Vespel, Torlon, and PEEK are selected for their incredible industrial-grade durability. While a standard pick might wear down in days, a Luka Plectrum is designed to be a long-term tool for your musical journey.
6. Which bevel should I choose?
• Standard: A symmetrical, rounded bevel for versatile playability.
• Right Speed Bevel: Specially angled for right-handed players who want maximum speed and minimum string resistance (similar to a worn-in pick).
7. Do you ship worldwide?
I ship my boutique gear to musicians across the globe, from the USA to Japan and Australia, with fully tracked and insured shipping.
