Every plectrum at Luka Plectrums is handcrafted with precision and passion. Because our products are professional musical tools, we maintain strict policies to ensure the highest quality for every customer.

1. Returns & ExchangesDue to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Hygiene & Wear: Plectrums are personal items that come into direct contact with hands and strings. Even brief use can leave micro-wear on the polished edges. To guarantee that every customer receives a 100% brand-new, unplayed tool, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Visual Confirmation: For custom or high-end orders, we are happy to send photos of the finished product before dispatch to ensure it meets your expectations.

2. Custom & Bespoke OrdersItems made to your specific specifications (custom thickness, material, shape, or engravings) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under EU and international consumer law.

3. CancellationsWe accept order cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. Once the crafting process has begun or the item has been prepared for shipment, cancellations can no longer be processed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect ItemsYour satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged during transit or if there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong model sent), please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work swiftly to provide a replacement or a fair resolution.

5. International Shipping (Recap)

• USA: Shipped via FedEx DDP (All duties and taxes are prepaid by us).
• Europe & World: Shipped via Poczta Polska Global Express. Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any local customs fees or VAT that may apply in their home country.
