Titanium is the perfect choice for guitarists looking for:
- Indestructible durability – a plectrum “for life”,
- Expressive, metallic sound with controlled sharpness,
- Lightness and precision in techniques requiring a fast attack (metal, progressive rock).

**For whom?**
- Lovers of alternative sounds, experimenting with metal materials,
- Stage guitarists who need a tool resistant to extreme conditions,
- Perfectionists who value the combination of design and functionality.

** 1.Basic properties of Grade 2 titanium**:
- **Material:** Titanium Grade 2 is pure commercial titanium (99% Ti), considered one of the most ductile and versatile titanium alloys.
- **Mechanical strength:** High tensile strength (~345 MPa) at low weight (density 4.5 g/cm³), making it lighter than steel or brass.
- **Corrosion resistance:** Excellent - does not rust, even when exposed to sweat or moisture.
- **Elasticity:** Moderate stiffness with good resistance to deformation - does not break, but may bend slightly under pressure.

**2. Effects on sound:**
- **Tone:** Titanium Grade 2 gives the sound a bright, metallic character with a distinct high-frequency boost, but softer than steel or brass.
- **Attack:** Precise and fast, with a distinct "puncture"** of the strings, ideal for metal riffs or fast solos.
- **Tone:** Despite its metallic nature, the plasticity of Grade 2 makes the sound less aggressive than harder titanium alloys (e.g. Grade 5).

**3. Durability:**
- **Indestructibility:** Titanium Grade 2 is resistant to abrasion and cracking – the plectrum will survive years of intense play while maintaining its sharp edges.
- **String Protection:** Titanium's smooth surface minimizes string wear, unlike sharper materials like steel.

**4. Playability (playing comfort):**
- **Stiffness:** The plectrum is stiff, but not excessively hard - it allows for control over the dynamics, without the feeling of "wooden" inflexibility.
- **Slipperiness:** A smooth surface often requires an additional textured structure (e.g. embossing) for a better grip.
- **Ergonomics:** The lightness of titanium reduces hand fatigue, even during long sessions.

**5. Comparison with other materials:**
- **Vs. steel/brass:** Titanium Grade 2 is lighter and less aggressive on the strings, with a warmer tone.
- **Vs. plastic (Delrin, nylon): Provides more attack and durability, but loses in terms of warmth and "organic" sound.
- **Vs. higher grades of titanium (e.g. Grade 5):** Grade 2 is more malleable, which translates to a less harsh sound and more comfort.

STILL NR. 1 !! I bought this plectrum a good year ago, I’ve been only playing this one for a couple hours every couple days. It’s still holding up like yesterday. The tip is still super pointy, no sign of wear besides the scratched surface. I bought one again so I can keep one at the rehearsal room and one at home. Definitely recommend!!

I never expected a metal material pick could be so good! Definitely will buy more!

Great Plectrum. Ordered from Germany and arrived after a week. And I’m impressed by the build quality. Great sharp edges and a pointy tip. Seller helped me with my questions and was very nice. Overall 5/5. hope this thing lasts the rest of my lifetime!

Bright tone and clear tone. Durable and precise on guitar strings. Holes allow extra grip. Although not indestructible, (some wear is noticeable when playing long enough) will likely last long.

Magnificent craftsmanship! The holes, make for a very stable playing position. Many metal picks slip, while playing. This pick, stays put. Great value, for the quality you get.
